Civilian Name: Azrael Himura

Height: 5'5 / 1.65 meters

Weight: 150 pounds / 63.5 kilos

Regular Appearance: A short and small framed guy who looks like an 8th grader with medium length hair on his oval face and needs to eat more. His face is thin and more feminine than most other guys. Upon closer inspection people see that all of him is lean cut-up muscle. He normally sports jeans and a graphic tee with some cheap, old, black tennis shoes. He has hazel eyes and very white skin.

Power: Friction Path- Slik emits a viscous blue liquid from both of his hands. This liquid looks like the substance found in a lava lamp. It allows him to reduce the amount of friction with anything that comes into contact with him. The amount of friction reduction can be changed from slightly to almost frictionless. He can also increase the friction through contact, when he uses it for this the liquid becomes a light purple color (like the pokemon Espeon) He can increase the friction to make things stop moving and "stick" to the liquid. When increasing friction he can change the texture of the liquid similar to sandpaper. He can also make things stick to each other and become very hard to separate. The most the friction can be increased is to the point where if someone touches his hand while the purple liquid is on it the only way they can remove their hand is by parting with the skin that came into contact with the liquid. The fluid when in contact with his own body has no effect on him but will stay on him if he chooses.

Abilities: Azrael is small and does not pack a very heavy punch, just a decent one. He makes up for this with his natural quick speed and reaction time. He is also somewhat of a contortionist and very flexible. He is an excellent boxer and also knows Taekwondo basics which utilize his powerful legs. When fighting he normally does a boxer's bounce to keep his movements fluid.

Appearance as Slik: As Slik he wears his usual clothing but creates a baby blue hoodie made of his power on the "almost frictionless" setting and coats his jeans with the same substance. The hoodie is two sizes larger than what fits him, this is done to hide his true body size. His fists are covered with the purple liquid set to "sandpaper" mode for a little extra oomph in his punches. Instead of a mask he uses his hood to hide his identity. this hood is always 2 inches in front of his face and is designed to stay in place even when he is upside down, the hood covers his entire face but ends right before for his mouth which is exposed. There are 2 vertical purple diamonds on the hood where his eyes are, although people can not look through the diamonds, he can. Below the purple "eyes" there is a purple line and tounge hanging off of it ( ).

Weaknesses: Even with his ability his body is still that of a regular person, also small and lightweight. His power holds up well in water due to its thickness but melts rapidly when exposed to heat.

Personality: Azrael is one of those people who is on full charge 24/7 no matter what he is doing, he's the life of the party. He's very outgoing and talks constantly to the point where people around him will pray for him to shut up. Most of what comes out of his mouth is unrefined and constantly lands him in hot water with peers and older people alike. At the same time he is book smart and utilizes a lot of thought and common sense in most of his actions, when not dicking around. He also has somewhat of a Napoleon complex when it comes to people who are taller than him but rarely ever shows it.

Background: Azrael was born to a middle class Muslim Egyptian family. He is the first generation American in his family, and has no siblings. He's got a perverted but senseful dad named Akbar and a overcaring mother who is a complete angel unless he fails in completing his chores in which case he feels the "angel's wrath".

He always has a 3.5 GPA every year. All three live in a small house in Harlem, he attends the same high school (to be named later) that my other OC (Slinger) is returning to in order to become a teacher. He's got an average life and doesn't really have a solid moral/ethical reason for becoming a vigilante but just does it because it feels right.

He loves fast paced and rock/metal music but at the same time is a sucker for sweet and mellow love songs but very few people know that.

He also belives in conspiracies and does not trust the government or collectiveness of people and wants individuality to never fade out or be controlled, or even worse destroyed.

How he came to manifest his abilites will be told later when I get to writing the chapters of my story.
